Volunteer Forms are submitted via JotForm. Click the correct link below, and complete the form. Sign up for volunteer spots can be found here!
Please notice there is no waiver for youth/minors volunteering on their own. We do not allow individuals under 18 to volunteer on their own at this time.
If a minor/youth will be volunteering with someone who is not their own parent/guardian, the above form is required, along with 2 additional forms:
Forms for Groups
The below forms are for external groups (youth groups, businesses, etc.) who are volunteering together. We love groups, but they must arrange their participation with FirstPres staff prior to signing up!
*Please note, individual waivers (above) are still needed for all participants in groups.
